For the longest I was unsure of where to begin with artificial intelligence (AI) or how it might impact me and my career. Anytime I built the courage to get started, there was already a new development being launched. Instead of discouragement, this led to curiosity. I began to see AI not as something intimidating, but as a personal assistant. It was a resource that could help me think, explore, and work smarter.
Here are some cool, simple use-cases I led with:
- Look up general information quickly without endless Googling.
- Generate creative ideas for writing, projects, or icebreakers.
- Build recipes based on what’s in your pantry.
- Craft fun messages or invitations with playful puns.
- Create professional documents like proposals or contracts.
There’s so much more you can do with AI. What I started discovering is that the journey using AI is not always simple. There will even be moments of doubt where you question why it’s necessary to adapt. Take a break to recharge before you return to your work. The key is to approach AI with a sense of curiosity and continuous learning.
Disclaimer: I’m not a doctor, lawyer, or AI expert. I’m just exploring and having fun finding ways to be more productive.
